At Humanity Group Homes, we believe support goes beyond providing a safe place to live. We help residents identify and connect with services and benefits they may qualify for, including healthcare, Medicare and Medicaid, Social Security, VA benefits, transportation, home health and home care, mental-health services, recovery resources, and assistance obtaining important documents and help with finding employment. Our goal is to make the process easier and help each resident connect with the right resources to support greater stability, independence, and quality of life.
Fast and transparent referral process
Referring partners can initiate bed placements directly through our simple online referral system. We review openings immediately, verify resident fit, coordinate payment or agency arrangements, and expedite paperwork. Rapid move-ins are readily accommodated depending on bed availability and documentation status.
