Sober living

Humanity Group Homes offers structured, substance-free supportive housing tailored for seniors, veterans, and adults dedicated to long-term recovery and dignified independent living.

Our supportive recovery structure

Following the Texas model for recovery housing, we combine peer encouragement, safe accommodations, and structured daily expectations to promote sustained sobriety.

Sobriety & accountability

A 100% drug- and alcohol-free property with mandatory intake testing, random screenings, regular house meetings, and established nightly curfews.

Structured community

Residents maintain personal routines, complete shared household chores, attend at least two weekly recovery meetings, and build peer support.

Life skills & growth

Guidance focusing on budgeting, employment navigation, local transit access, healthy habits, and sustainable steps toward long-term independence.

A pathway to stability and independence

We collaborate closely with case managers, healthcare partners, and veterans organizations across San Antonio to ensure every resident receives respect, structure, and reliable community care.

Who we serve

Our home welcomes adults, seniors, and veterans in active recovery who can live safely and cooperatively alongside others. Applicants must agree to remain free of alcohol, illegal drugs, and paraphernalia, commit to weekly recovery meetings, adhere to community curfews, and participate actively in personal development.

How to secure a room

Securing a room is straightforward: submit your online housing inquiry, complete the application detailing your recovery background, schedule an intake conversation, provide required identification and income verification, and confirm your move-in date upon approval.
