Whether you need an immediate furnished room, a dedicated placement partner for client referrals, or assistance identifying specialized community resources, our services are built to support you at every stage. $150 per successful move-in
Direct resident placement
Move into a clean, furnished room with utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry access, and keyless security included under one transparent monthly program fee.
Case manager coordination
We work closely with social workers, veterans' agencies, and hospitals to coordinate prompt intakes, handle paperwork, and maintain ongoing placement communication.
Housing navigation and referrals
When our properties are full or higher levels of care are required, our navigation service connects applicants directly with trusted local housing and support networks.

Comprehensive amenities included
Our Resident Placement Services help connect individuals, families, case managers, and referral partners with other housing providers and community resources that may be a better fit. Referral fees, when applicable, are paid by participating providers according to a separate written referral agreement. Humanity Group Homes will charged $150 per successful move-in.
