Shared Room with Privacy Curtain — $700/month

A shared room provides an affordable housing option for residents who are comfortable sharing a bedroom with another resident. Each resident has their own designated sleeping and personal space, with a privacy curtain to provide additional separation and privacy.

The monthly fee includes the furnished sleeping area, utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry access, kitchen and common-area access, routine maintenance, and other amenities provided by the home.

Residents share the bedroom but have their own personal space and storage area, subject to the room's available layout.

Semi-Private Room — $1,200/month

A semi-private room provides a balance between affordability and personal space. The resident has a designated sleeping and living area within a shared room, with additional space and privacy compared with a standard shared room.

Depending on the room layout, residents may have a privacy divider, curtain, or other separation between personal areas.

The monthly fee includes the furnished room, utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry access, kitchen and common-area access, routine maintenance, and other amenities provided by the home.

Semi-private room availability and room configuration may vary by property.

Private Room with Private Bath — $1,400/month

Enjoy the added privacy and comfort of your own private bedroom and private bathroom. This option is ideal for residents who prefer their own personal space and do not want to share a bedroom or bathroom with another resident.

The monthly fee includes:

• Private furnished bedroom
• Private bathroom
• Electricity, water, and gas
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Laundry access
• Kitchen and common-area access
• Routine maintenance
• Food and essential household supplies
• Safety and security features

Residents have their own private living and bathroom space while still having access to the home's shared kitchen and common areas.

Room features and included amenities may vary by property and will be confirmed before move-in.

Security Deposit — $170

A $170 security deposit is collected before move-in to help cover, eviction, potential damage to the room or property beyond normal wear and tear, or other approved charges under the resident agreement.

The deposit may be split into approved payments, making it easier for residents to manage their move-in costs.

The security deposit is separate from the monthly housing fee. After the resident moves out, the deposit will be handled according to the terms of the resident agreement and applicable Texas law.

Any applicable deductions will be documented and communicated to the resident.

Your room comes furnished with essential items such as a bed, mattress, dresser or storage, and other basic furnishings appropriate for the room.

Standard household utilities are included in your monthly housing fee, including electricity, water, and gas.

Residents have access to on-site laundry facilities for their personal laundry needs.

Normal property maintenance and repairs are handled by the property or management team. Residents should report maintenance issues promptly.

Residents have access to shared household areas, including the kitchen, living areas, and other designated common spaces, subject to house rules and property guidelines.

The home may provide designated food items and basic household essentials for residents. Specific items and quantities provided may vary by property and will be explained before move-in.

The home may include safety and security features such as exterior lighting, secure entry, smoke detectors, fire-safety equipment, and security cameras in permitted common or exterior areas. Cameras are not placed in private bedrooms or bathrooms.

All included amenities are subject to the specific property, resident agreement, and applicable house rules.

Smart Wi-Fi Door Locks

Humanity Room, may use Wi-Fi-connected smart locks to help keep the home secure and manage authorized access.

Depending on the property and lock system:

• Authorized residents may receive an individual access code, digital key, or other approved method of entry.
• Access can be managed when a resident moves in or moves out.
• Management can update or deactivate access when necessary.
• Authorized staff may be able to monitor entry activity for security and property-management purposes.
• Residents are expected to keep their access information private and should not share codes or access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Emergency access procedures will be maintained to help protect residents during an emergency.

Smart locks are intended to provide convenient, secure access while helping protect residents, visitors, and the property.
